VIAMED 20

Viamed 20 is a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis, enabling firmer and longer-lasting erections in response to sexual stimulation.

It works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which increases cGMP levels, leading to the relaxation of smooth muscle and vasodilation in penile tissue. This process helps men achieve and maintain erections during sexual activity.

Viamed is typically taken 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity, with effects lasting up to 4–6 hours. It can also be used off-label by athletes in lower doses (e.g., 20mg) as a pre-workout vasodilator, though this use should be medically supervised.

Compared to other ED medications, Sildenafil is known for its fast onset and well-established safety profile. It can be stacked with Tadalafil (Ciamed) for longer coverage (with medical guidance), or with Prilimed (Dapoxetine) if premature ejaculation is also a concern.

Not recommended for women, as it is designed specifically for the treatment of male ED.

For male users, a typical starting dose is 40mg, adjusted as needed between 20–100mg per day, not exceeding one dose per 24 hours. Side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, or visual changes, which are usually mild and short-lived. Alcohol and nitrate-based medications should be avoided while using this product.
